From the first day to the last, we communicate closely with your preferred vendors to ensure everyone is on task, everything is on time and every moment of the event unfolds beautifully.

If needed, we are skilled at creating customized wedding budgets and can help you stay on track during the wedding planning process.
To Have & To Hold Wedding Planning offers a FREE one-hour consultation, "Day-Of" wedding coordination, our signature "Countdown" wedding packages for assistance during the final 30 or 60 days prior to your event, and premier FULL planning services. Our packages can be customized and we offer tiered pricing, aligning your specific needs with your wedding budget
And, near your event date, we present our clients with a beautiful, personalized wedding gift, as a genuine "Thank You" for choosing "To Have & To Hold" to be a part of your special day.

WE OFFER FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DAY-OF COORDINATION
DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE:
$1,600 for up to 100 guests
$1,900 for up to 150 guests
$2,200 for up to 200 guests
This is the perfect choice for clients seeking additional event support prior to and on their BIG DAY! The DAY-OF Package includes:
- FREE one-hour consultation
- Access to list of preferred vendors
- Creation of wedding budget (if desired)
- Creation of wedding day timeline
- Creation of event site map/seating chart
- Monthly meetings to review timeline and tasks
- Assist with assembly of favors, invitations & centerpieces
- Attend final venue walk-thru (2-4 weeks prior)
- Contact all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to event & provide timeline, site map, & contact info.
- Coordinate and attend ceremony rehearsal
- Set-up ceremony and reception seating, details, and all décor
- Coordinate ceremony and reception and ensure timeline is adhered to by all vendors
- Point of contact for all vendors and wedding party on day of wedding
- Provide wedding party "wellness checks" and provide support, if needed
- Work with DJ/MC to ensure all announcements are made on time
- Unlimited email communication
- 12 hours of service on your wedding day
