Her creative vision, professionalism and passion for beauty makes her stand out as FRESH, young LEGIT talent in the Beauty Industry. Nei has been obsessed with beauty and skin care since her early years and now she’s the one to call for every event.

“Thee Artist” was a title given by her peers because of her ability to be very versatile within her makeup application. When Nei isn’t doing makeup she’s instructing others at the California Makeup Academy, or instructing others how to achieve requested looks on YouTube, Special Events, Personal Makeup Classes and Parties as well as different Beauty Colleges throughout the Bay Area.
